1. Introduction & Controlling Terms

Welcome to ISLE.PK (https://isle.pk). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Orders & Address Verification

All orders are subject to inventory availability and acceptance. For Cash on Delivery (COD) consignments, our operations team may contact you via WhatsApp or telephone to verify your shipping address before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Inventory Accuracy

All prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We maintain strict real-time catalog syncing. In rare instances of pricing errors or system discrepancies, ISLE.PK reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected orders after notifying the customer.

4. Inspection Period & Defect Claims

Upon delivery of the product, Buyer shall have seven (7) days to inspect the goods and notify customer support in writing of any defective goods or request an exchange under our 7-day policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

ISLE.PK’s liability for any claim with respect to products delivered shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for the product under the invoice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
